What doesn’t fit is made to fit? This will hardly be successful in the long run. Because it’s never about finding just anyone. And when recruiting staff from abroad, the effort is simply too great.
That’s why we at Signite focus on criteria that have to match on both sides. These include regions, future work locations, salary and any benefits offered by the employer. But it’s also about agreeing on when an interview can take place (at what language level), when the transfer can take place (at what German level), and how should the professional recognition in Germany be completed.
What else? We search for suitable profiles on your behalf. We call this “Active Matching”, you determine the criteria, we look for suitable applicants – without obligation and free of charge.
The matching app contains all the processes that the skilled worker and you as the employer have to go through on the joint labour migration journey. Where exactly is the future employee in the process? What has been done, what is still missing? This can be quickly seen and implemented in interaction with the skilled worker, the authorities and us.
Starting with the matching itself, the process of professional recognition can only be started with the employment contract. It is therefore all the more important that the future employee receives it quickly and correctly. It’s good that all the necessary data is already stored in the software and, in the further course, is partly automatically incorporated into the required documents such as powers of attorney or forms. Despite all the complexity, this makes the process comprehensible, efficient and secure – until all the steps for a successful transfer have been coordinated and nothing more stands in the way of taking up employment.

To speed things up, you can also send us for an “Active Matching” without obligation. Based on your requirements profile, we will search for suitable applicants free of charge. After a pre-selection in the matching app, interviews are organised. If successful, we then initiate the recognition of the applicant’s profession and ensure that they continue to learn German. Our matching app keeps you up to date – until your assistant or skilled worker arrives in Germany.
