NOTES ON DATA PROCESSING
The user wishes to use the matching application of Signite GmbH, Kiefernweg 3, 74321 Bietigheim-Bissingen. For this purpose, he/she must register and provide personal data, possibly also data within the meaning of Art. 9 DS-GVO, when using the applications.
These are e.g.:
Surname, first name, name at birth, date and place of birth, nationality, address and contact details, passport photo, data for visa issuance (including data of family members), health characteristics (for the fulfilment of care work), training documents, languages, employment contract, religious affiliation.
Any provision of data is purely voluntary – however, if this data is not provided or not provided in full, there are sometimes significant restrictions on usability. The data provided is also made known to the user’s potential employers in the matching application. However, this is only done with the user’s own approval in the process. The personal data of the users are processed within the framework of the process of the matching application, namely by us as well as by the potential employers with the corresponding release of the user. The use is purely in accordance with the purpose of the matching application process or the processing within the framework of the fulfilment of the contract. The data is not passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract (in which case we point this out) or the user consents to this.
Processing will be carried out as long as and to the extent necessary, in compliance with the applicable provisions of data protection law.
THE USER EXPRESSLY CONSENTS TO THIS.
Consent may be revoked at any time. The revocation is to be addressed to Signite GmbH. The contact details are as follows:

Upon receipt of the revocation, no further data of the user will be processed in accordance with the revocation, unless individual personal data is required for the fulfilment of the contract or legal standards (e.g. retention obligations) force us to do so.
We make it clear that the legality of the use of the data for the period prior to receipt of the revocation is not affected by the revocation.
